This practice does not even deserve one star, but there is no option for that. The vet has no empathy and cannot even make eye contact. I had a 2 o clock appointment and the vet had to leave to get "medication" and was gone for hours. Can't the staff do that? I had an emergency situation and wasn't given the time of day. This place advertises avian care, but it is quite obvious that no one at the entire practice cared about the animal I cared dearly for. Not much was done to save the life of the duck I brought in. I was lied to about treatments she never received. Blood was supposed to be drawn and sent off to the lab, but no one bothered to do that. Had I known no one cared and just wanted my money to do nothing, I would have gone elsewhere. She might still be alive today. This place is terrible. Take your birds and exotics to someone who cares, not here.

They are always willing to listen to our questions or concerns and make themselves and staff available for questions or concerns. We appreciate everything they do for us and in return they show appreciation for our continued business.

We started going here about 7 years ago when we needed a 2nd opinion on our pet's issue. Dr. O was able to correctly diagnose our pet and we have been going here ever since with our pets. We love that it is an all-inclusive facility from basic to advanced care as well as boarding. It can be expensive at times depending on the situation but they are running a business and when you see the facility and abilities of the staff your money is well spent.

Have been taking our pup Kayla here for almost 4 years now. Having been adopted as an abused dog she needed some extra love and support to adjust to both the vet and with staying in the country club. The entire staff has been amazing and I'm always surprised to see a normally very frightened dog get excited when we arrive at cedercrest. She enjoys her time here, which always puts me at ease. Thank you Cedercrest for taking great care of my girl :)

We brought our bassett here earlier this week trying to find out what was causing her labored breathing. We WALKED her in for them to do two sets of x rays and two different blood tests. Every time they said the dr. wants to talk to you it was a couple hundred dollars more. Turns out you had to draw out medical conversation but they freely talk about how much money they’re going to bleed out of you. But desperate to find a cure for our baby we didn’t care. We felt happy when we thought they figured it out, got her medicine and took her home. She never recovered from her visit. After her visit she was lethargic, couldn’t eat or drink. At first I thought it was the meds they gave her to do the x rays. The next morning I called them for advice, too scared to take her in because I didn’t think she’d make the trip. But then she had blood coming out of her stool and mouth. We tried to rush her in but she died in my arms. If you love your pets TAKE THEM SOMEWHERE ELSE.

We have seen the staff countless times demonstrate compassion and professionalism. We like that the Vets and staff are direct with the information and perhaps some people just aren't used to that but when it comes to our pet's health and well-being I don't want it to be sugar-coated.

The staff was wonderful! Friendly and comforting. Treated my fur baby like she was their own. Even recieved a hand written get well/thank you card after our visit.
