Their just as bad as the hospital one of the women at the front desk made me want to cry because she was so rude she came across like she thought she was better than everyone .... they also can't seem to bill right they sent me a bill from last year in January just this august and when I called they too said my insurance couldn't find me I call my insurance and they say they never even revived a claim from them they said they'd try again I receive a bill just two weeks later saying I needed to pay the bill right away recently called my insurance spent almost an hour trying to figure out what they did with this bill finally found it insurance paid it and when I spoke to them about it they were extremely hateful about the situation
I will not be going back here. The billing department isn't knowledgeable of different insurances like they should be. After all, it is THEIR job! Not to mention how unprofessional they are. This review is mild compared to what I wanted to say. Beware.
I can only speak to the midwife team, but I love them! I've been with Augusta Healthcare for Women through 3 pregnancies and had a great experience each time. I will admit that the wait can be a little long at times, but I feel comfortable and cared for.
Help is great if you ever get seen. I don't see the point in making appointments when you still are gonna be waiting an hour or more past your appointment time. Staff is friendly but never available. Not sure what anyone is doing or if they only have one doctor in the whole building but it's an inconvenient annoyance every time I come here.
I have never had a bad experience like those of other reviewers. I called with a non-urgent question on a Friday after 4 pm, thinking I would hear back on Monday, and they called me back in 20 minutes. Very nice nurse.
