Googled fishersville branch touched call icon then ordered water heater for my home. I again called as instructed the day of pickup and was told it had arrived. Went to pic up and was told no deliveries came in today in which I explained just called and was told it was here. Turns out if no picks up phone in fishersville branch it transfers call to Charlottesville branch without anyone telling u are not talking to place u called twice. Was explained new phone system for 2 weeks yet they don't have employees answer phone with branch office explained. Had to drive to c'ville to pic up befor close messed up all my plans for install. Bad handeling of situation.
I work for an MEP company, and this location has been very on time and very dedicated to helping us complete our job on time. They have made deliveries as promised, and worked hard to accommodate our needs. Great crew out there, super helpful, and we appreciate all they do for us in the field everyday.
