Dr. Plautz saw my 5 yr old for tonsil and adenoid removal. He did a fantastic job and she really liked him. I even had a scare after she came home and the on call doctor (I believe Dr. William Davidson was his name) phoned me back quickly and reassured me that everything she was experiencing was normal. I would definitely recommend these guys if you need an ENT.
Secretary is rude and flatulent.
Doctors, the first contact your patients have are with your front desk staff.. choose them carefully. It's unfortunate because Dr. Plautz is a great Doctor.
I would not recommend this office what so ever due to the front desk or so called "office manager" who is very rude.
I saw Dr. Plautz today for the first time because of sinus problems and a sore throat I had been unable to shake off. He was awesome! He had a great chair side manner, put me at ease immediately, was very thorough, and explained everything he was doing. The receptionist, office staff, and nursing staff were courteous, helpful, and very professional! I highly recommend Dr. Plautz and his team if you are looking for an excellent ENT.
