Stale cakes, no accountability. Ordered a cake and fancy cupcakes but the cupcakes were not available to be picked up, would have had to drive back during party to get plain cupcakes. Refused to refund, fought credit card reversal. Horrible attitude the whole time even though it was 100% their fault. Will not go back and I do not recommend them at all, sadly you're better off at Walmart in every way.

Used to be the go-to place for all confectionary needs. Now, cakes don't seem as fresh as before, like they're frozen. The icing isn't the same either. I also feel the quality of work has decreased. All of this combined with the outrageous prices had certainly tainted my feelings toward the business. They need to step up their quality game, because other talent is increasing in the area.
